These SMS Terms of Use (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Automotive Product Consultants, LLC and/or APC Integrated Services Group, LLC (“APC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the mobile phone number you provide.
These SMS Terms apply only to APC’s text messaging program and do not govern use of our website.
Acceptance of SMS Terms.
APC’s SMS messaging program is intended for customers located within the United States of America. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from APC, you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy located at:

If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, you should not opt in to receive SMS messages.
SMS Program Description.
APC’s Account Notification SMS Program provides customers with text messages related to their vehicle service contract products and services. Messages may be transactional, informational, or account-related, and are intended to assist customers and prospective customers with managing accounts, evaluating coverage options, or completing enrollment.
SMS communications may include, but are not limited to:
- Account alerts and notifications
- Payment reminders and past-due balance notices
- Requests to contact APC regarding account status
- Payment confirmations
- Customer service responses
- Follow-up regarding open quotes or proposals
- Follow-up communications with prospective customers who have previously requested information, or otherwise provided consent to be contacted by APC regarding vehicle service contract products or services.
Purpose of SMS Messages (Collections, Quotes, and Customer Inquiries).
APC uses SMS messaging for legitimate business purposes, including:
Account Servicing and Collections, including:
- Past-due balance notifications
- Payment reminders
- Requests to contact APC regarding your account
- Payment confirmations
- Account status updates
- Customer support responses related to billing or payments
Quote and Enrollment follow-up communications, including:
- Follow-up messages related to vehicle service contract quotes
- Requests for additional information needed to complete enrollment
- Notifications regarding quote availability or expiration
Prospective Customer follow up, including SMS communications may also be sent to individuals who have:
- Requested information from APC,
- Submitted an inquiry or quote request, or
- Otherwise provided consent to be contacted by APC
APC does not send unsolicited bulk marketing messages or engage in SMS spam. All SMS communications are sent in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and consent standards.
Message Frequency.
Message frequency will vary based on account activity and interactions but will generally not exceed four (4) messages per month, unless you initiate additional contact or request additional information. Message frequency will vary based on account activity and customer interactions.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages.
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their mobile phone number during:
- Account enrollment,
- Quote or information requests,
- Customer service interactions, or
- Other consent-based communications with APC.
At the time the mobile number is provided, individuals are informed that the number may be used to send SMS messages related to their account, quotes, or requested information.
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications, you provide prior express consent to receive non-marketing and informational text messages and, where applicable, follow-up communications related to requested product information.
Consent is recorded in APC’s customer relationship management system.
By opting in, you represent and agree that:
- You are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided
- You consent to receive SMS messages related to your account and payment obligations
- Your consent may be obtained through written agreement, electronic consent, or other lawful means
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase.
Toll-Free Messaging & Delivery Disclaimer.
SMS messages are sent using telephone numbers owned or controlled by APC through its messaging service provider. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and technical limitations and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates.
APC does not charge for SMS messages; however, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. APC is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-Out Instructions.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP.” After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Opt-out requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Opting out of SMS does not affect APC’s ability to contact you through other lawful communication methods.

Eligibility.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in APC’s SMS program.
Changes to SMS Terms.
APC may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
