The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 grants a consumer a right to request a business to disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information that it collects about the consumer, the categories of sources from which that information is collected, the business purposes for collecting or selling the information, and the categories of 3rd parties with which the information is shared.
APC has not sold any personal information in the past 12 months.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient
information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom
we collected the information, which may include:
- name
- address
- Personal Identifier (At
least one below)
- vehicle identification number (VIN)
- customer marketing ID
- contract number
- Describe your request in sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand and respond to it.
Normally, you will be provided the requested information within 45 days of the request.
Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to be discriminated against for having exercised your rights under the CCPA.
Right to Deletion
You have a right to request the deletion of personal information that the business holds on the consumer. However, this right does not apply where we need to retain the personal information in order to do any of the following:
- Provide goods or services to the consumer
- Detect or resolve issues security or functionality-related issues
- Comply with the law
- Conduct research in the public interest
- Safeguard the right to free speech
- Carry out any actions for internal purposes that the consumer might reasonably expect
