Data Analytics & Modeling
When a dealership chooses to partner with APC, we only use fields that are pushed to us from sales and service DMS data. APC obtains, analyzes, and cleans this data, using marketing intelligence to create campaigns. Dealer data is kept safe and secure through our SOC2 Type 2 data controls.
Creative Development & Fulfillment
APC designs custom-branded mail, email, and digital marketing components for each dealership. We then mail, email, and launch marketing campaigns for the dealer, free of cost.

Sales Process
Customers respond to marketing by calling APC to learn more about VSC coverage, or by going to the dealership and purchasing direct there. When a customer calls APC, one of our licensed sales agents will answer customer calls on behalf of the dealer.
Customer Contact & Follow-Up
The APC dedicated sales agent will use a customer-centric approach to find what VSC will meet their driving needs and habits, while using multiple contact points to close solid sales. If a customer doesn’t buy during the initial call, they will receive follow-ups to give customers the information they need to complete a purchase.

Closing the Sale
The customer purchases a vehicle service contract – giving them superior coverage through the dealership should mechanical issues arise. Both APC and the dealership profit from the sale, which enables APC to continue offering marketing for free. When a customer’s VSC is close to expiration, we will remind them to buy through the dealership again.
